In the previous post I wrote about what is normally right …. the behaviors of a species that enhance survival under natural conditions. What is normally good relates to what benefits most humans under natural conditions. Right and good behaviors are not necessarily the same. Many might consider an altruistic act to be right, enhancing the survival of a group, while providing few benefits for the acting individual. In future posts I will describe attributes of kindness, community and humanity that are both right and good.
