Normal Health and Happiness

Under natural conditions there are four ingredients that contribute to both our health and happiness for most humans.  These are:

1.  Nutritious diet
2.  Sufficient exercise
3.  Leisure
4.  Social networks

Like most things in life these are interconnected.  For example, one often spends his/her leisure in exercise or in the company of others.  We know that civilized humanity presents obstacles to each of these ingredients not experienced by natural humanity.  I bring this up to help us realize that civilized humanity presents obstacles to health and happiness as well.   Overcoming these obstacles will require what is right and good about kindness, community and humanity.
